Formula No. HC-42
- Weigh the ingredients of phase A. Add to vessel and begin mixing. Heat to 75—80ºC.
- Mix water and glycerine in separate vessel. Sprinkle Hydroxypropyl Starch Phosphate into vessel while mixing to make the gel. Heat phase B to 75—80ºC. Add phase A to B to make emulsion. At 72 ºC, homogenize at 9500 rpm.
- Add each ingredient of phase C under moderate agitation. Adjust pH from 4.5—5.5.
