Beauty Balm WO

Manufacturing Procedure:

1. Heat phase A up to 80°C under stirring. Disperse phase A1. Adjust pH-value to 5.1 – 5.3. 2. Heat phase B1 up to 115°C under strong stirring until a clear solution results. Add phase B2. 3. Add components of phase B to phase B1/B2 and heat up to 80°C. Add phase B3 under medium stirring and stir until a clear solution is obtained. 4. Pre-mix phase B4 and mill until homogenous. 5. Add phase B4 to phase B/B1/B2/B3 and homogenize for 0.5 min using an Ultra-Turrax. 6. Emulsify phase A/A1 slowly and stepwise to phase B/B1/B2/B3/B4 under stirring. 7. Homogenize for 1-2 min. using an Ultra-Turrax. 8. Start to cool down under stirring. Add phase C below 30°C.
