This Natural Hair Conditioning Butter is a rich and compact emulsion with butter-like appearance and yellowish colouring. It is an easy to apply, distribute, and rinse off conditioner mask for intensive treatment in the hair care routine with additional caring ingredients such as VARISOFT® EQ 65 MB and dermofeel® P-30 MB which is natural compliant conditioners.
VARISOFT® EQ 65 MB is a readily biodegradable ester quat with excellent conditioning performance. This ingredient improves the conditioning properties of wet and dry hair and also can act as an emulsifier providing a sensory profile typical of cationic emulsions. dermofeel® P-30 MB is a natural based conditioner for hair and skin. In hair care, it has an antistatic and refatting effect and enhances the combing of wet hair.

Procedure for Natural Hair Conditioning Butter
- Heat phase A up to 78°C.
- Heat phase B up to 85°C and emulsify phase B into phase A while stirring.
- Homogenize.
- Start to cool down under medium stirring.
- Add phase C below 40°C.
- Adjust pH value with phase diluted citric acid if necessary.
