Rejuvenating Hand Gel

PROCEDURE:

1. Wet out the carbomer with the water. Once completely wetted, mix well until completely dispersed.
2. Premix the Propanediol with the silver. Add to batch with mixing until uniform.
3. Add the ZeaBasic® Rejuvenating Blend with mixing.
4. Premix Phase D ingredients and add to batch with mixing until uniform.
5. QS to pH 6.00 to 6.50 with Phase E.
