PROCEDURE:
- Combine all ingredients of phase A and heat to 80-82ºC under stirring.
- Add the ingredients of phase B one after the other under stirring.
- Stir and homogenize for 30 min. at 80-82ºC.
- Adjust the loss of Cyclomethicone.
- Pour into packaging.
