PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
1. Adjust the pH of water between 3.5 – 4.3;
2. Prepare phase A and B separately, warm them up to 75°C;
3. Add phase B to phase A homogenizing for a few minutes using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson, Ultra Turrax);
4. Warm phase C to 55°C and add it to the emulsion homogenizing using a suitable dispersion unit (Silverson, Ultra Turrax);
5. Cool down under gentle stirring;
6. Add the preservative below 40°C.
