Process:
- Combine all ingredients of phase 2 in a beaker and homogenize
- Combine all ingredients of phase 1 in another beaker and homogenize
- Add phase 1 dropwise to phase 2 while stirring
- Homogenize with moderate speed
- Add SIPERNAT® 11 PC and homogenize again
