Skin Repair Cleansing Gel for Oily Skin is rich in Sensolene® Care DD and Biochemica®Mango Butter Ultra that support moisture retention; combined with Olivem® VS Feel it gives elasticity and skin hydration. This extra gentle, effective cleanser removes impurities and harmful excess sebum without stripping away skin’s essential moisture. It quickly lathers into a rich foam and leaves skin feeling refreshed and silky-smooth to the touch thanks to the presence of mild surfactant Olivem®460.

PROCEDURE:

1. Prepare phase A and disperse the thickeners, homogenizing using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g., Silverson or Ultra-Turrax ®);

2. Prepare phase B and warm phase A and phase B separately to 70-75°C;

3. Add phase B to phase A and homogenize using a suitable dispersion unit (e.g., Silverson or UltraTurrax®);

4. Cool phase AB to 40°C while stirring;

5. Add phase C and mix with the stirrer;

6. Add phase D and mix until uniform.
