PREPARATIVE PROCEDURE
1 | Prepare the phase A dispersing xanthan gum under stirring. Warm it at 80°C; |
2 | Prepare the phase B and warm it at 75°C; |
3 | Add phase B to phase A under stirring and homogenize for 3 min. at 3000 rpm; |
4 | Cool down the bulk under a gentle stirring (50 -100 rpm) with an anchor pale until 40°C; |
5 | Prepare the phase C and add to the bulk under stirring; |
6 | Homogenize at least for 3 min at 3000 rpm. |
