Deo Roll-on Emulsion with CORN PO4 PH“B“ non-perfumed

O/W-Lotion, without alcohol, soft non-sticky emulsion, with two AP/DEOo active ingredients. For sensitive skin.

PROCEDURE
1. Phase A: Weigh all ingredients of Phase A and heat under stirring at 75 °C.
2. Phase B: Prepare Phase B by adding the ingredients in below-mentioned order.
3. Disperse Carbopol in water under high stirring.
4. Add CORN PO4 PH “B“ under intensive mixing until it is dispersed.
5. Add all other ingredients and heat at 75 °C and stir again for 10 minutes at 75 °C.
6. Add Phase A slowly under stirring (800 rpm) to Phase B. Homogenise for a few minutes.
7. Allow cooling down while stirring.
8. Add Phase C at 40°C.
9. Correct pH if necessary.
