Procedure:
- Prepare separately Phase A and Phase B ingredients and heat up to 85°C.
- Add Phase B to Phase A while stirring.
- Homogenize.
- Cool down to approximately 60°C.
- Add Phase C and homogenize shortly.
- Mold.
