This formulation features ABIL® Care XL 80 MB which is a silicone oil-in-water emulsifier that provides an outstanding combination of stabilization and formulation flexibility. SPHINGONY is a naturally-occuring, skin identical molecule termed Sphinganine. This ingredient balances the hair life cycle, strengthening the hair follicle and improving hair length.

Procedure:

Heat and solubilize SPHINGONY with TEGO®SOFT CT and octyldodecanol to approximately 85°C.
Add other ingredients of Phase A, dispersing the pigments.
Add Phase B to Phase A without stirring.
Homogenize.
Add Phase C.
