Procedure for Micellar Cleansing Wipe Liquid
Prepare phase A and B separately. Slowly add phase B to phase A while stirring. Then add phase C and stir for 30 min. Add the preservative
(Verstatil® MBO) and adjust pH value to 5.5. The formulation will clear up overnight.
