This Oil-infused micellar water biphasic has two clear, colorless layers and is PEG-free. The ratio of the upper/lower layers is approximately 20:80. This formulation removes even water-proof make-up efficiently. It leaves a pleasant skin feel without any oily residues.

Blend phases A and B separately in the given order. Add B to A while stirring. Adjust pH to 6.0.
