This Yogurt-Chicory Hair Mask features the ingredient Quemina 21.257 which is an instant (= cold water swelling) waxy corn starch which is a special type of amylose-free corn starch consisting mainly of amylopectin. This certified organic product features as rheology modifier and thickener. Intensive stirring is required to disperse QUEMINA 21.257 in water without lumping.

Procedure for Yogurt-Chicory Hair Mask
- Mix ingredients of A1, homogenize 5min / 10000 rpm for 200gr batch.
- Add ingredients of A2 one by one; heat phase A up to 70-75°C.
- Mix B, heat up to 75-80°C.
- Add B to A at 75°C, homogenize 3min / 10000 rpm for 200gr batch.
- Cool down under gentle mixing.
- Add ingredients of C below 40°C, homogenize 1min / 10000 rpm for 200gr batch.
- Adjust pH to 6.0-6.5 with D.
- Add E.
