Description
Biochemica Cocoa Butter Natural is a natural product obtained from the fruit of the cacao tree ( Theobroma cacao ). From its seed kernels, the butter is extracted and further processed and refined to obtain a tan colored butter which has a pleasant cocoa (chocolate-like) odor, suitable for cosmetics and toiletries. Cocoa Butter is of significant commercial importance in foods, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetic applications. It is solid at room temperature but melts readily on contact with the skin.
Suggested uses for this product include creams, lotions, balms, make-up foundations, bar soaps, massage creams and a variety of other cosmetic applications. Use from 3% to 100% pure (as a butter-like balm). Efficacy: prevents drying of the skin and development of wrinkles. Reduces degeneration of skin cells and restores skin flexibility.
