Description
A biotechnological hair active from wine industry yeast that reconstructs, restores and
protects the hair fiber architecture, perfect for your next hair treatment formula. The low molecular weight yeast
peptides act to recover damaged keratin-associated proteins (KAPs) and
provide extra protection to the hair keratin and its disulfide bridges.
The following image shows the absorption properties of Extracell™ PLEX in hair of peptides derived
from yeast. Peptides from yeast adhere to hair 2.5 times more than wheat peptides
and 3 times more than silk peptides.
