The ROVISOME® NG delivery system can provide formulators with the ability to deliver cosmetic actives to deeper skin layers, increasing ingredient bioavailability to the skin. The formulation also contains ROVISOME Sensitive NG reduces the visible and non-visible signs of skin irritation on its own and has efficacy at reducing irritation caused by hero ingredients like retinol.

Procedure for Deep Soothing Facial Cream

Heat Phase A and Phase B separately to approximately 80°C.
Add Phase A to Phase B with stirring**
Homogenize.
Cool with gentle stirring to approximately 60°C and add Phase C. Homogenize for a short time.
Cool with gentle stirring and add the ingredients of Phase D.
Add Phase Z and adjust the pH to 6.0 – 6.5.

**If Phase A has to be charged into the vessel first, Phase B must be added without stirring.
