How to use: Apply dime sized amount to fingers and rub onto face.

Procedure:
- Heat Phase A to 75 ֯ C and mix until swelled and homogenous.
- Add Phase B in the order listed, mixing well between additions. Remove from heat.
- Cool to 40 ֯ C and add remaining ingredients, mixing until homogenous between each addition.
Results:
Appearance: Opaque Cream Gel
pH: 5.0-5.5
Viscosity (Brookfield LVT Spindle 4 @ 60 rpm): 1,000-3,000 cps
