Procedure for Lipid Barrier Cream

  1. Premix Rheozan® SH and glycerin, add to water and mix well, heat to 70-80°C.
  2. Combine phase B ingredients in a separate vessel and heat to 75-80°C with stirring. Add to the water phase and homogenize, cool with stirring to less than 40°C.
  3. Once cooled, add Phase C ingredients to Phase A and B one by one with continuous mixing, adjust pH with citric acid.

This Tinted Protection Cream is a skincare emulsion that protects the skin from environmental factors, weathering, and oxidative stress.

Procedure for Tinted Protection Cream

  1. Premix water and homogenize for 15 minutes. Premix Brontide and Xanthan Gum and add to the water. Heat to 70-75°C.
  2. In a separate vessel, add each Phase B ingredient and heat to 70-75°C.
  3. Combine Phase B into Phase A mixing well and homogenize for 2 minutes. Cool to below 5°C.
  4. Once cooled, add Phase C ingredients and mix well, adjust pH to 7-8.

Procedure for Mild and Foamy Cleansing Cream

Heat both Phases up to 60°C. Both Phases A and B have to be homogeneous and well mixed. Blend Phase B into Phase A (oil into water) in one portion and homogenize for 30 seconds with a kitchen blender (using Ultra Turrax 10.000 rpm). Add preservative (Phase C) and perfume below 45°C.

  4. Add additional mixing (metal blade) for finer particle size.

Procedure for Nature-Inspired Slide-On Silky Foundation

  1. Place TEGOSOFT® DC MB in a beaker first. Then, add the Disteardimonium Hectorite slowly while stirring. Stir for 1-2 minutes. Slow add the ethanol.
  2. Mix the pigments in liquids for 1 hour with overhead mixing at 500 rpm. Then, wet out the pigment with an Ultra Turrax for 90 seconds at 20,000 rpm.
  3. Add Phase A to B and heat to 75°C with mixing.
  4. Prepare Phase C. Adjust the pH between 4.8 – 5.0.
  5. Add Phase C to Phase A/B slowly while stirring.
  6. Homogenize again for 2 minutes at 1,000 rpm using overhead mixing.
  7. Cool with overhead mixing to room temperature. Then, homogenize again for 10 minutes at 1,20 rpm.

Disperse the xanthan gum by adding to the water whilst stirring to create a vortex. Premix the glycerin and AGENAJEL 20.306, add to batch, stir for 15 minutes allowing the starch to swell. Add coco-glucoside and preservative, mixing until homogeneous between each addition.

Add Selected Styling Agent

Add AGENANOVA 30.326 or AGENABON 20.219 to the bath, stirring for 15 minutes until honogeneous.
Add RICE PO4 Natural, stirring until homogeneous.
Adjust pH to 5.0. Add remaining raw materials, mixing until homogeneous between each addition. Fill into cans and add propellant.

Procedure for Foaming Intensive Care Body Wash Cream with SIPERNAT® 2200 PC

  1. Heat both phases up to 60 °C. Blend phase 1 into phase 2 and homogenize
  2. Add SIPERNAT® 2200 PC, perfume and preservative below 45 °C

Cold Process

  1. Blend surfactants and water. Add oil, stir sufficiently (approximately 20 minutes), Add TEGO® Sulfosuccimate DO 75, stir sufficiently (approximately 30 minutes)
  2. Add SIPERNAT® 2200 PC, perfume and preservative below 45 °C
  3. Avoid entrapped air!

Procedure for Foaming Hair Refresher

  1. Dissolve creatine in the water phase.
  2. Add Xanthan Gum and homogenize.
  3. Blend SPHERILEX® 10 PC and starch/cellulose and add to the water phase. Homogenize with moderate speed.
  4. Blend all ingredients of Phase C and add to the water phase while stirring with moderate speed.
  5. Adjust the pH value to 5.5
